In My Life Time official video from Lowkey's Dear Listener has been on Youtube for a bit now..... So I definitely needed to place it on my blog....

The track features Wretch 32, known for collaboration with Scorcher and Bashy...

UK is where its at right now!

Its that time of year again! Ramadan has crept up and usually around this time I stop listening to music and pray hard. But this year I can officially listen to music too!! Wooop Wooop! !

Thanks to some very talented UK artist I can enjoy some good beats and positive lyrics.

Lowkey, Mohammed Yahya and Poetic Pilgrimages to name a few.

Its so refreshing to be able to get hold of such great music/spoken words and poetry!

Its hard to find positive lyrics in this current social climate. So this month, as well as other posts, I will be posting clips of tracks from different artist who represent Peace and Positivity.

As well all know, its very hard to make it in the UK! Now you can imagine how much harder is it to make it when you don't fall in the typical category. Yet this isn't stopping them from performing at almost every single event that promotes peace and unity. So Ima show my support by spreading the love via this blog!!

If You like what you see leave a comment, show your support and go on to Youtube and share your comment on their too!

Going to kick it off with a track Orig
Mohammed Yahya's with Masikah and now with Muslim Belal.

Titled "Half My Deen (Religion )", the song is dedicated to their wives. Mashallah the track is very sweet! showing of a more emotional side to these up and coming artist.

One song I can never get tired of! Soo amazing! Its one of those songs that make you feel funny inside. From Frank Sinatra to Matt Giraud, sounding soothing and sweet every time.

If you don't know...now you knooow!
:P

If you haven't been watching Americas got talent, This is something you need to know about.

Its so beautiful! Thats the only way I can describe it. Nuttin But Stringz Should have WON!! Although I am happy with the results.

This has broken barriers for more young men to be rockin' their violin with PRIDE!

A friend made me watch this....... It made me Laughing Out Loud.. Its soo cute/funny and memorable....

I feel its fair to share the love with everyone! So enjoy and Spread the Love. if you wish... Its got over 1.3m views ALREADY!

I'm tempted to do something similar for my Wedding! loool !!

I haven't posted a blog for a while now, however I think this is a very valid reason to start! I think 2009 has been run by UK artist. They have really taken over the Charts and my iPod!

This is A Very Big track at the moment. Massive Love and Support to all the UK artist who are REALLY representing. Been a very long time since UK came with something this Strong. And I'm very HARD TO IMPRESS.

On That Note, I'm gonna start posting all the Big videos that deserve Kudos in my hard to please eyes. LOL!

Love, Peace and Chicken Grease... xx
This is one of my favorite tracks right now! The lyrics speak very literary and is a some what of a reflection on young people Every time I heard the track I can picture each scene being played out.

Whenever I really like a track; I set expectation, high expectations, then the video is released and has no reflection of the lyrics or is off point, which results in me hating the track and losing faith in the artist.

The other day I was flicking through the channels and came across AKA and I was ecstatic when I saw Ransom was released.

I rate it 4/5. Reason I didn't give it 5/5 is due to the fact I don't get the ending!!! (LOL) last I checked Bashy was in a bath yet was up against two men.....hmm... (Musta used his Bish Bash Bosh Powers) However the video is Big! Its dark and reflects 100% on the lyrics.

Acting skills 5/5. Scorcher, Wretch 32 and Bashy
acting was convincing and the video length was perfect. AKA only show only the duration of the entire song, but its been released online with an intro totaling it just over 6 mins long.

I can't believe this video has been out for over 4 months and I just came across it a week ago!!! (not impressed with I). I'm just excited that Bashy made a video of it.

Have a look and feel free to leave your own feedback about this track.

"Bashy is still repping Strong for the UK! US Better watch OUT!!"
