Don't get Londoners when it comes to Underground!!!!!!

Every morning as I set out to work, I do my Daily Prayer to get to work Safely (yes I do!!) then as I reach the train station, I get my iPod out and try and find at least two tracks in a row that I wanna hear to set the tone for my day.


Now I'm that I've gotten my metro and waiting for my train, all the songs I wanna hear first thing in the morning have been long gone and now I'm just letting whatever song that comes on get me through the my journey to work.


Ideally all I want to do is turn my music up as loud as possible to drown the noise of people coughing and the driver who keeps reminding us that we are held at a signal at every Darn station.


However owe to LOVELY WONDERFUL (Gritting my Teeth) TFL we have all these new Campaigns that clearly state that I Shouldn't... so These are my rules:

• If i can see the sign on my train.. my music is lowered..

• If for some reason I cannnnnnnnnnnn't......... then I am blazing my beats. (If I can't see it then it doesn't count!!!)
  

My music is up and on most occasions its not FULLY up, but today IT WAS UPPPP!! London Underground is known for being rubbish, which results to all passengers feeling like a herd of sheep as they are shoving each other on the train.... SO Imagine everyone VEXED!!! with the 1 in 5 person more Vexed than the rest.


So being a bad atmosphere on the train, my music being up is bound to piss someone off.. but you know what? I can hear some techno music screaming from someones ear from across the carriage, so as the TFL would put it, that gives me the "Green Signal" to pump ....it ....UP!





Yes, I got a few 'tuts' here and there.... a people would actually STOP reading , so they can simply identify the culprit (which is of course me and three others (on average) ) SO THEY CAN STARE!!! Until I make eye contact and they shake their heads in disgrace and carry on reading!!




SO I then smile and carry on listening to my music, as unless you ask my politely I'm not touching my iPod besides switching tracks.


Coz of course my little noise is MUCH MUCH louder than people's sneezing, coughing and talking... not forgetting the sound of the train moving!!!






Now to the purpose of this blog...

sooooooo Its Home time..... Same thing applies.... Music on, No sign = Music as Loud as Ever... Its been a long day and like most people I am TIRED, Frustrated and Just Want to get home as QUICK as possible.


I sigh with relief as my train pulls up and even happier when i find a spot for me to lean on closest to the door. SO all i need to do now is relax close my eyes and let the music take over........... OR NOT!!!!




As Dwele is midway through a riff a group of, or what I justified to myself as a Group of Football (amateur) Hooligans began to chant together, but as they were soo WASTED at .. (I look at the time) 5:30PM!!! their words are barely understandable....


They then start mumbling after repeating their chants a Few TOO many times! Thinking finally I can get back into my zone... so lets rewind Dwele back as i missed a bit.


OMG did I NOT have the RELAXED journey that I wanted! They didn't not just Chant.. The FATTesT dude out of them decided to lift his top and hold his Belly like hes pregnant. WTF!! He then "accidentally" hit a woman's book and then shouted at her to let him know what happens in the final chapter.... had he been sober , that would of been funny as he was just making a joke out of a accident but he became aggressive and midway he'd begin chanting which made his mates start off again!


Now I must emphasis on this...... They are in the middle of the carriage and EVERYONE on that carriage and the next could hear what they were shouting as if they were next to them........... They became verbally abusive and made everyone uncomfortable.. ..


What killed it all was that.................. NOT A SINGLE PERSON TUTED AT THEM...... Not even asked them to lower their voices.. NOTHING... NOT EVEN A STARE!!!!!!

Check this............ I ........... I .......I Get given the Evils because my music is UP! ME??? Abuse aggression is of course so much more ACCEPTABLE IN THIS SOCIETY!! Further more...... how can THEY hear my music when I can't due the LOUD Shouting and Chanting that the ignorant bullies were forcing upon EVERYONE!!!!!


The train was just as packed as this morning...difference is people where more frustrated then ever as we ALL wanted to go home to Silence.........


Please someone explain to me HOW this one works out?


I get nasty looks and all the noises under the sun due to the fact a few people can hear a faded tap coming from my ear.. and PLEASE I LISTEN TO NEO_Soul so that not Exactly NOISE!!!

Techno........ Rock...... Dance......... Trance........ on a train....... NOT A GOOD LOOK !!! Or at least not BLAZING ON A PACKED TRAIN!!



p.s There were NOT going to a match.. they were just wasted FAR TOO EARLY!!!

Not a Good Look

Yesterday I was sitting in the passengers side of my sisters car, taking our friend home. It was around 12:45am, baring in mind it was a Saturday night.





I have came to a realization that Alcohol isn't a good look!

I don't drink but don't mind being surrounded by people who are, but why do people drink to get drunk? Lack of confidence? they need a drink to dance the night away Low self esteem? a few drinks to pluck up the courage to make a move on someone or get flirtatious... or just an excuse to act a fool and get loud and obnoxious... Just plain DUMB!?!

On the way to my friends house we drove through central London, we took a corner first thing I saw was a couple standing outside their car ahead. The man was suited and booted and had a massive awkward smile on his face (almost embarrassed) when we caught eyes, then I realised he stood away from his girlfriend , as we drove past I saw this tall lady in beautiful cream and brown dress throwing up in the corner, and had it on her dress.

Imagine if it was a first date? Its not a Good Look maan! How unattractive... Why would someone get themselves so hammered to make a fool out themselves? why end a night like that? IT could of turned uglier..... Drink Driving = Someone Dying!!! Me Nah Care how good of a driver you are!!

SO society has made a joke of it. Possibly in this situation is something worth laughing over as it was two of them together.

However on our journey we came across a guy dressed in a black suit, walking down the street so messed up, his legs weren't even functioning, he looked so distressed and could of easily got knocked over as he was so tilted when he was walking that he was walking on his ankles (his foot was so twisted in as he was walking his ankle was touching the ground)

Now this situation is far from funny, he was alone, in a back street of west end and clearly had no coordination and i would safely guess had not idea where he was heading to.

To me he looked Hella vulnerable. why would you :
a) Get so hammered?
b) leave alone, man or girl, you are soo exposed to such negativity
c) Not arrange transport?

Its far from cool to be getting hammered alone? So lets assume he wasn't alone and he simply left a club after partying with friends.... where his friends at?

Same situation but with a girl.. I say just as vulnerable , regardless of girl or guy.. .
Saw another guy... SAME SITUATION.

So that's four people in an ugly place, from having a "Fun night out".... really??



Thats Just four people that "stumbled" across ME, in central London in a car journey. Meaning this is just a fraction of the drinking population in London, let alone the UK....!!

Don't get me wrong this is not the first time I've seen it, but its the first time to see it and be THAT bothered by it.

Yesterday made me reflect Alcohol to whats really going on with the government.

Alcohol is behind many murders, attacks and suicides. Why do people even touch it?

If you think about it....why did the Government reclassify weed? because it COULD Cause mental health problems, which links to murders and suicide. But it can be argued that A LOT of people smoke weed from teachers, politicians, youth and people aged 50+ but have no negative effect.

Smoking weed without the scent can almost go unnoticed. Yet alcohol is very evident and worrying...

Just looking at peoples behavior on road leaves ME so distressed.

I'm a sucker for talk shows, fake or not, the main reason for break ups and huge mistakes on these shows are linked DIRECTLY to Drinking! ITs it really worth losing Life and loved ones??

Forgetting the minor effects and outcome = embarrassment/foolishness and uncontrollable emotions.

Reason for abusive relationships are dominantly influenced by alcohol. The outcome is ugly and sometimes fatal...

So I ASK ....... why are people even going there? not everyone goes out for the intention to get drunk but that does not always go to plan..

Would you stick your hand in fire with the intention not to get burnt?

I won't get in deeper than I have as I'm just venting how I felt yesterday.

If you drink but never gotten drunk then cool... however if you've done one too many dumb things and/or gotten some what aggressive and acted foolish coz your drunk..........Then You NEED TO CHECK YOURSELF HOMIE!

Leaked Image... Chris Ashamed!

Today a pic was leaked from LAPD of how Rihanna's face is looking after Chris Brown has admitted beating her up.




He can now face charges of attempted murder as Rihanna has told the police that Chris Brown was going to kill her. (Although A lot of people make "I'm gonna kill you" statement when they are angry.. or for example they were told they where given herpes)

What seemed to be a perfect couple clearly took a turn for the worse.. or where they simply portraying themselves as perfect the public and this was the final straw.

Jokes aside for this piece because when you see exactly what he did, this is NOT COOL at all! DEFINITELY NOT A GOOD LOOK ( NO PUN INTENDED! )
Many famous couples break under the pressure of the media but this is simply NOT ACCEPTABLE

She could be irritating to the public at times.. but this is just a next level of aggression.



In his previous interview with MTV, Brown explained how his step dad was abusive and was violent to both mother and her children. The media are beginning to question whether this was a reflection of this mans behavior.

Either way its sad to see such a great artist/person to be tainted by aggression and messing up their future and a relationship that seemed to have fitted in place.

Chris Brown released a statement stating the following:

“Words cannot begin to express how sorry and saddened I am over what transpired. I am seeking the counseling of my pastor, my mother and other loved ones and I am committed, with God’s help, to emerging a better person. Much of what has been speculated or reported on blogs and/or reported in the media is wrong. While I would like to be able to talk about this more, until the legal issues are resolved, this is all I can say except that I have not written any messages or made any posts to Facebook, on blogs or any place else. Those posts or writings under my name are frauds.”

Feel Sad for the both of them. Such a waste of talent and future.

Today Chris Brown changed his Facebook relationship status from "relationship" to "Single".

This was after all the drama that happened on the 9th Feb, where Chris Brown Allegedly hit a chic upside the head to only find out it was in fact a Rhianna and it was indeed with her own Umbrella..ella.... ella..eh eh (yes i HAD to do it again!)

US website mediatakeout.com claims a recent posting on his personal page listed under the the Cute yet Aggressive young (strong) man full name Christopher Maurice Brown, reads: "You'll begin to see her true colours. Believe it!"

Its clear things have turn U.G.L.Y....... The Oh so cute-lets all cry with envy couple have official gone down hill.

Was it the pressure of two young celebs not being able to handle all the press... or was it simply coz Rihanna got Chris a sandwich with extra mayo when he actually wanted no Mayo at all and with all the added pressure of V-day around the corner... Chrissy couldn't handle it so he beat her with her own object (u guess what it is yet? Yup you got it right.... an Umbrella..ella..ella.. eh . eh)

Brown was arrested last weekend for Beating on Rihanna that left her with "horrific" injuries, including facial contusions, a bloody nose, swollen eyes and a fat lip."

The couple..Oops I mean the two Separate, don't-like-each-other individuals are to appear on "Chris Brown & Rihanna: Love in Trouble," on MTV.

Officially Boycotting Valentines Frikkin Day

So I have come to the realisation that the person I was talking about when I said " It will 9/10 times end up with argument , because one person made an effort and the other person didn't quite match up" I was actually talking about My Life!! Grrrr!

So... after all the stress, the sadness and the shite that I have experienced today...... I have decided to give up on Valentines Day and just see it as a revoltingly cheesy day where people put the real/fake emotions on their sleeves to either:

1. Please the one person they care for and make sure that V-day goes according to both their expectations .. i.e. roses...dinner...Poetry...... The rest I'll leave to the imagination.
   
   
   
2. To simply get into someones pants so they will say EVERYTHING you want to hear and mean None of it! (And no..... not my situation AT ALL)
   

I love the person I'm with and Believe me we are Solid ......... solid as a Rock! And nothing’s changed it [Oh…] The thrill is still hot, hot, hot, hot, hot, hot, hot, hot...............OK I'll stop there!

My point being... this day is soo unnecessary. There are more events of the year that mean so much more such as birthdays and other festivities. They alone consist of much effort to be worried about to even begin to stress about this..

I mean if you want to buy me a gift on V-day.. Well I definitely WON'T stop you... This means I will just no longer EXPECT anything.

Not even a rose! why should I?

If I get it all year round (yeah right!) then why would I suddenly NEED to have one on V-day?

Whats the differnce ? Will this rose prove that my other half loves me more or is more attentive ..... or is he simply just following a set of rules? I'd rather we Freestyle.


Anyhoooooo.. I think Anniversaries are enough.. They are unique to every couple and hold many more memories and meaning behind it!!!

Day for the Lovers?

Every Year we all have to face this one day where society has made it a Must to be with someone or just feel really wack about yourself.

Valentines day.. Whats it really about?

Its stereotypically meant to be a day where roses, chocolate and jewelery are given to girlfriends, boyfriends, husbands and Wives.

Romantic Gestures from a perfect dinner, an engagement ring in a middle of a bunch of roses and a card filled with ideal lyrics to set the scene for this day.

When will people understand... The reality of V-Day is high expectations from people. Pressure ... Stress and a lot of money wasted.

Spend money on the person you love, take them out. But don't base it around that day. It will 9/10 times end up with argument , because one person made an effort and the other person didn't quite match up.



Single?

Unless your happy with your status, Valentines Day will never be a great day for you. A day to remind you how VERY single you are. It will also piss you off to the point of no return as everything you read, see and eat is linked to valentines day... TV has suddenly committed itself with the most soppiest ish in history. Even the ADVERTS.

All Merchandise in every shop has either a heart, rose or RED splattered all over it.

Your Favorite Bakery Biscuit has now become heart shaped... why!!!

If you are born on Valentines day..... even more frustrating if all you'll be getting is left over Valentines gifts!


This is how it should work out:

• Take this day to tell everyone you care for that you Love them... Mum dad, uncle sister.. best friend... etc. ..

• Take advantage of 2 for 1 offers. with a friend or your other half. You may even end up with a free rose or a freebie

• Remember if your single ... your not alone... if you feel alone..read this .... A lot of couples break up by the end of Valentines day or the day before.
  

• You might end up finding a potential future partner while out with mates.

• If your a movie lover.. You know you got hours of end of films even if you have to have a bucket on standby. lol

• Buy Flowers to a family member such as a parent or a sister.... Love is love.
  

Whatever happens.. Don't be stressed, don't feel obligated and don't feel down. 24 hours and everything will be ok!!

Romantic gestures mean more when they are NOT expected.. so I say do it every other day AS WELL AS 14/feb

Make sure to make the most of this day ... even if its mocking it!

Day 26 vs. Wisdom Teeth

When I found out a friend of mine got to see Day 26 @ Indigo Last year I went crazy!!! I didn't get to see Que? Will? whaaaaaaat?

So a few months ago I excitingly find out they are in fact coming back to for another gig with Donnie and a bit of the Brits... Taio Cruz....(had Danity Kane Just Fixed up they would of joined as well..... )

Being a massive fan of live music.. there was no doubt in whether I'd be attending. Again i must emphasize ... DAY 2 6!!!

Then I scrolled down Ticketmaster page to see it was on Saturday 14th Feb 2009. This led to me "Awwwwwwin" for a LONG minute.. Thinking ... YESS my other half can pay for it!!! Whoop Whoop..............Then...

... Hysteria came into play..... A few days prior to that I'm taking out all FOUR of my wisdom teeth! Mother what!!!

I had to then reassess my situation.. Would my swelling go down in time? I mean it might not even swell at all! I can't cancel my appointment, I've already booked time off work and God knows how long I have to wait.... But Its Quuuue and Willl...... and Brian... Robert and ....... The OTHER ONE!!??! :S

Then the Sensible yet angry part of Heba spoke some sense....."Imagine how many hundred excited teens waving their hands and their booties in the air... could I really deal with it? Would I just end up smacking a @%&!*??? or further more them smacking me on my very oh so Sore face!?!?!"

Darn why does this "rational" side of me always have the final word?

So now I'm not going to see Day 26..... Further more...... I'm not going ANYWHERE!

Then again.... I did promise myself to not go to any big venues for music as Its just filled with excited children... Jazz Cafe is my spot. Or anything with a similar venue capacity and with a minimum age and brain size requirement

I just know come Saturday i will be dwelling on the fact I could be standing a fear meters away from Hot Hot Talent.

but Life goes On....

I mean that can cause such a mad chaos....?
